Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be advised that there are extended lead times for shipping & handling to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. You can expect to receive your order within 15-20 days if shipping to these locations. We cannot ship to the following locations at this time: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

We offer free shipping on all orders OVER $35 in the US.

International Shipping

Pure Daily Care currently only ships orders to addresses within the United States. We do not fulfill orders destined for freight forwarding companies or any third-party intermediary intended for reshipment. We explicitly disclaim any and all liability arising from the use of freight forwarding services or the unauthorized resale or export of our products outside the designated countries we ship to (US). Power Adapter Incompatibility: Our devices are designed and manufactured with power adapters specific to North American electrical standards. We cannot guarantee the functionality or safety of our products when used with power adapters intended for different regions. Customers who choose to utilize freight forwarding services or engage in the unauthorized resale or export of our products do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences thereof, including product malfunction, damage, or personal injury.
